You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
Job Seekers agree to provide truthful information in their profiles and applications. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension. You agree not to submit fraudulent applications or misuse the Platform's features.
Employers agree to post accurate job descriptions, respond to applications in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable employment laws. Employers must not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics.
Users may not: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious code or content; (c) attempt to access other users' accounts; (d) scrape or harvest data without permission; (e) engage in spam or unsolicited communications.
Linkbase Careers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of employers or job seekers, or any damages arising from the use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
