Orchid HR Outsourcing is looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and labour deployment in Mombasa.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse
logistics, inventory management, or port operations (with 1-2
years in a supervisory role).
- Skills: Strong leadership, experience managing large teams
(50+ workers), working knowledge of WMS/ERP tools, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Valid Certificate of Good Conduct & Occupational Health & Safety awareness training.
