We are Hiring: Sales Representative (Eldoret Region)
Are you a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven sales professional? We are looking for a dedicated
Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Sales: Drive sales growth and hit targets across wholesale distributors and supermarkets.
- Build Reationships: Recruit new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Handle daily order processing, deliveries tracking, and field reporting.
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from clients and report on competitor trends in the
region.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field with 3 years' experience preferably in a
busy FMCG environment OR Diploma with 5 years experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a clean and valid driving license
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
