MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - DIRECT SALE INVENTORY CONTROL

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Management Trainees to support our Direct sale Inventory Control function. Individuals who meet the job specifications are highly encouraged to apply.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about inventory management to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment while supporting our business.

Key Responsibility:

• Perform daily Accounts Receivable(AR) and inventory reconciliations.
• Verify inventory uplifts, returns and transfers.
• Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Prepare inventory reports and support effective stock controls.
• Perform daily, weekly & monthly reconciliations.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and inventory control procedures.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Ability to work with SAP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
