Logistics Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
2. Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.
3. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
4. Lead and develop the logistics team.
5. Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
7. Track and improve performance using KPls.
8. Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.
9. Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or Supply chain management.
2. Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
