Job description
The position holder will manage credit and collections processes, ensure compliance with credit policies, and meet customer credit needs through effective credit management, financial analysis, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business-related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excel proficiency: intermediate to advanced skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in debt management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
