Overview

Artcaffe is seeking to recruit a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for numbers and a desire to support efficient financial operations within the company.


Key Requirements

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Completed CPA Part 3
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities


Responsibilities

• Capture verified financial transactions, post journal entries, and keep ledgers updated
• Ensure tax compliance through accurate application of withholding tax, VAT, WHVAT, and rent withholding
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor statements against the company's payable ledger
• Maintain impeccable documentation management by following the established filing system
• Ensure audit readiness by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and required explanations during internal and external auditors' periodic reviews
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned key performance indicators
